About Natroceutics
NAD+ Complex
NAD+ is an essential coenzyme involved in cellular energy production, mitochondrial function and normal cell processes. NAD+ availability can decline with age and poor health, creating growing interest in nutritional strategies that support healthy NAD+ levels.
Natroceutics NAD+ Complex takes a multi-mechanism approach to NAD+ support. The formulation combines 300 mg liposomal NMN, a precursor used by the body in NAD+ production, with 100 mg liposomal luteolin, alongside active forms of vitamin B9 (Quatrefolic®) and vitamin B12 (MecobalActive®).
NMN and luteolin are delivered using Metazome™ technology, with the formulation demonstrating a 390% increase in NMN bioavailability compared with non-liposomal NMN. The result is a considered once-daily formulation designed to support healthy NAD+ levels, cellular energy metabolism, normal cell function and healthy ageing.

How it works
Natroceutics NAD+ Complex is designed to support NAD+ through several complementary pathways. NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) acts as a precursor that the body can use to replenish NAD+, an essential coenzyme involved in cellular energy production and normal cell function.
Luteolin provides a second mechanism by inhibiting CD38 in laboratory studies; CD38 is an enzyme involved in the breakdown of NAD+, so reducing its activity may help preserve NAD+ availability. NAD+ is also required by important cellular enzymes such as sirtuins and PARPs, which depend on adequate NAD+ as a substrate for normal cellular processes. The formulation is further supported by Quatrefolic® (5-MTHF) and MecobalActive® (methylcobalamin), active forms of vitamins B9 and B12 that support methylation pathways involved in the metabolism and clearance of surplus nicotinamide. Together, these mechanisms provide a considered approach to supporting healthy NAD+ levels, cellular energy metabolism and normal cell function.
